What exactly is a DM funnel, in simple terms? How is this different from just replying to DMs faster?
A DM funnel is an automated system that responds instantly and guides people toward a booking. It doesn't rely on you or your team being online all the time. Replying faster helps, but it still depends on someone being available in the moment. Which isn't realistic when you're out running trips, diving, or in the middle of nowhere without signal.
Is this only for Instagram or does it work on other platforms too?
The automated flows I build work across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. So our collaboration isn't limited to one platform. Instagram is where most adventure operators see the highest engagement, but if your audience is on TikTok or you're using WhatsApp to communicate with guests, I can build around that too.
Will this actually increase my bookings or just engagement?
The goal is bookings, not engagement. But marketing and sales is often a numbers game and response time matters a lot these days. Most brands take 10+ hours to respond on Instagram. Leads contacted within 5 minutes are 21x more likely to convert.

That's actually where it gets interesting. Multiple trips, seasons, routes and packages are exactly what DM funnels are good for. Instead of forcing everything into one generic "book now" path, I map your offers properly so people get guided to the right experience based on what they're interested in. On our strategy call, I'll unpack the full setup and design a structure that fits how your operation actually runs.
How quickly would I start seeing results?
You'll typically see early signals within the first campaign: DM engagement, link clicks and email list growth. Bookings depend on repetition and nurturing your leads. On the strategy call, we'll go through your specific numbers, season and offer structure so you get a realistic expectation based on your operation. Not just a generic marketing promise.
Will this create more work for my team in the field?
No. The whole point is the opposite. This is designed to reduce the workload of your team currently handling DMs manually, not increase it.
Does this work with my current booking system or website?

I've tried ManyChat before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
